GREEN BAY - It will be slow going on the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge this week because of road construction.
A project to fix the bridge and Interstate 43 began Monday.
It will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction.
Crews are repairing and re-surfacing the interstate from Irwin Avenue to Military Avenue.
The closures run until Friday afternoon.
The on-ramp from Webster Avenue to northbound I-43, and the on-ramp from Atkinson Drive to southbound I-43 will be closed until November.
The project is expected to be finished in about a year.
