GREEN BAY - Green Bay police say a man from Maribel has been cited for trespassing after jumping off the I-43 Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge.
A video posted on You Tube earlier this week shows a man tied to a rope swinging from the bridge.
Investigators say while the stunt may be exciting to some, it is illegal and dangerous.
"This situation could have turned out much worse," said Lt. Kevin Warych, Green Bay Police Department. "It is apparent that the male had planned this event with the intention of posting it on social media."
Police did not release the name of the man who was cited. They say they do not expect to request any criminal charges at this time.
