On its website, MetJet said it made the move for safety reasons.
CEO Michael Heisman told WTAQ radio he has received death threats.
MetJet announced earlier this week it would stop its flights to Florida ad Minneapolis on October 26.
Heisman had said he would keep the office open to help process ticket refunds.
Heisman now says his staff will continue to process refunds, but they will be working from remote locations.
