ONEIDA - A special ceremony in Oneida took place Saturday to honor veterans.
The Oneida Nation of Wisconsin held its annual Veterans Pow Wow.
Organizers said it's a way to say "thank you" to veterans.
The event was at the Oneida Turtle School.
A special Eagle Feather Ceremony also took place.
During the ceremony, an eagle feather is given to an Oneida veteran.
The feather symbolizes the highest honor for a tribal veteran.
