GREEN BAY - American Idol winner Phillip Phillips' concert in Green Bay is being rescheduled to November.
Phillips was supposed to play the Weidner Center Thursday night, but canceled the remainder of his spring tour due to an illness.
A specific date for the show on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus will be announced soon.
Tickets for the May 9 Phillips concert will be honored at the rescheduled show. Ticketholders who choose to receive a full refund may bring their tickets in person or mail them to the Ticket Star Box Office at the Resch Center, or to the University Ticketing & Information Center in the University Union at UW-Green Bay.
Refunds for the show will begin on Monday, and will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 7. Tickets for the rescheduled performance will go on sale at 11 a.m. Monday, June 10.
Gin Wigmore and Brothers Burn Mountain, who were slated to open for Phillips, will play a free show at 7 p.m. Thursday in the University Union Phoenix Room. It's open to the first 700 people in attendance. No tickets are needed; doors open at 6:30 p.m.
