GREEN BAY - The Marine recruiter charged with hacking into the email and Facebook accounts of recruits was back in court Friday.
Sgt. Andrew Curran, 27, is also facing five counts of possessing child pornography.
Authorities say Curran, who worked for the recruiting office in Ashwaubenon, received login information from recruits. Curran said he needed the information for background checks.
But investigators say he logged on pretending to be the recruits, and reached out to their acquaintances.
Investigators say he had conversations with dozens of females and even received some nude pictures.
During a search of Curran's home, investigators also found child porn.
Curran's preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 16.
