GREEN BAY - Students and sailors tested their geography skills Friday.
Lombardi Middle School students in Green Bay competed against representatives from the Navy in the 7th Annual Geography Bowl.
The stakes? A chance to win the tournament trophy, a Vince Lombardi bobble-head.
Typically members of the USS Green Bay compete, but the ship is currently deployed.
"Normally, we've worked with the people on the ship so we've had some people that are returning. But this year, we have all new people and so for them I think we have the advantage this year, because we have more experience than the sailors do," said Principal Ann Barszcz, Lombardi Middle School.
Lombardi ended up coming out on top, and will keep the trophy for one more year.
