TOWN OF SHEBOYGAN - Update as of 8 a.m. Thursday:
We have learned 55-year-old Allen Redensek from Sheboygan was killed.
Police say another man from Sheboygan was driving a car and struck Redensek. The driver of the car was ticketed for inattentive driving.
A bicyclist is dead after being hit by a car Wednesday afternoon.
It happened just after 3 p.m. Wednesday on County Highway A at W. Union Ave. in the town of Sheboygan.
Sheriff's officials say the bicyclist, a 55-year-old Sheboygan man, died at the scene.
No other information is being released at this time.
