OCONTO - An Oconto County jury announced a guilty verdict Thursday night for a man accused of killing two people.
Daniel Schmidt, 30, shot and killed Kimberly Rose and her brother Leonard Marsh.
Investigators say that happened in 2009, when Schmidt and Rose were allegedly having an affair.
Schmidt pleaded not guilty in the trial, which began earlier this week after having been delayed through the spring and summer.
Schmidt was found guilty on both counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
Sentencing will be held Nov. 26 at 1 p.m.
