OSHKOSH - As people settle in for the week-long air festival, they arestill dealing with flooding and soggy grounds.
"You just sink because the ground is so wet," said Les Taylor ofOntario, Canada.
Campers say the grounds are drying out, but things remain verymuddy. They say it was a battle getting settled in.
"We had to get the big tractor to pull us out and put us wherewe are now. Trying to lift it up onto blocks and even the blocksare sinking, so we are slowly sinking into the mud. By the end ofthe week we might not be here," said Taylor.
The wet weather is also causing problems for plane parking. Wetfields are forcing some planes to park on taxiways, which normallyisn't done.
