WAUPACA COUNTY - Two people from Waupaca County have been charged for allegedly leaving dog carcasses behind in their home.
Teresa Spaeth, 34, and Joshua Gray, 20, face seven counts each based on what investigators found in the Scandinavia home the two moved out of last month.

Spaeth and Gray also allegedly said they had other dogs that died and they were kept in the freezer.
A judge told the two that for now they cannot have any pets.
