MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Gov. Scott Walker toured the damage from a massive wildfire in northwestern Wisconsin on Thursday.
That tour was from the air and on the ground in Douglas County.
Wednesday night, the governor issued a state of emergency for the area, which makes the Wisconsin National Guard available for recovery efforts.
The governor says all state agencies have been directed to do everything they can to help residents recover from the fire.
