It's the second day of the girls state high school basketball championships at the Resch Center!
This is the first year the tournament is being held in Ashwaubenon, after the WIAA struck a deal with the Resch Center to host it for a total of two years. It was held in Madison for the last 38 years.
A total of four teams from Northeast Wisconsin made it to the state championship tournament this year: Algoma, Kewaunee, New London and Notre Dame.
On Friday, Kewaunee is set to take on Lodi at 9:05 a.m. in the Division 3 Semifinals. Notre Dame will take on Milton at 1:35 p.m. in the Division 2 Semifinals. New London will also play in the Division 2 Semifinals against New Berlin Eisenhower.
