GREEN BAY - Tickets are available for the Welcome Back Packers Luncheon, hosted by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
It is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 28 at the Lambeau Field Atrium.
At the luncheon, Packers players and coaches are introduced and seated randomly at tables with attendees. Chamber leaders say this is the 50th year for the event, the only one of its kind in the NFL.
At the luncheon, the chamber is scheduled to present its Community Service Award to a player or coach chosen by the Packers organization. The event also features Packers coach Mike McCarthy speaking about the upcoming season.
Space is limited. Advance tickets cost $55 per person or $495 for a table of nine; after Aug. 9, those prices go up to $80 and $720. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
