GREEN BAY - Packers Family Night, presented by Bellin Health, returns this summer, but this time on a different day. This year's event will be Friday, Aug. 3, a day earlier than normal, thanks to the Packers' first preseason game, which is the following Thursday.
Everything the fans love about Family Night will return as well, with activities inside and outside the bowl all evening. Players will be giving the "Shirts off Their Backs" to be raffled off to fans, with entertainment all evening inside the bowl, capping the night off with a fireworks display.
This is the 12th time the Packers and FOX 11 have teamed up to bring you Family Night, and it will once again be broadcast in HD on FOX 11 starting at 6:30 pm on the night. It will also be streamed live online on fox11online.com.
Tickets will be $10 each, and go on sale June 25. There will be no limit on number of tickets a fan can purchase, but those interested in group sales (50 or more tickets), the Packers will be taking applications starting today.
The evening will also be benefiting Wendy's Wonderful Kids foster kids adoption program. The $5 charge for parking will be donated to the program.
