SHEBOYGAN - Sheboygan police say they have arrested a 29-year-old man for two separate incidents of lewd behavior.
The first incident, police say, happened just before 4 a.m. Sunday. Two women reported seeing a naked man in the 500 block of Ontario Ave. The man followed the women to a house and then stood in front of the house, engaging in what police called "lewd behavior."
In the second incident, officers say a woman was jogging on the sidewalk in the area of Broughton Dr. and Erie Ave. around 11 p.m. Wednesday. A man approached her, touched her, then ran away. He returned, naked, a few moments later.
Police say they are continuing to investigate whether other similar incidents may be related.
The man's name was not released.
