ANTIGO - A Powerball ticket sold in Antigo matched all five regular winning numbers in the Saturday, September 14 drawing to win $1 million.
However, according to Wisconsin Lottery officials, no ticket in any state matched all five numbers plus the Powerball, pushing the Powerball jackpot to an estimated $400 million ($223.6 million cash) for Wednesday, September 18.
The $1,000,000 winning Powerball ticket in Antigo was sold at Remington Oil Company on Superior Street.
Wisconsin also sold a $10,000 winning ticket for Saturday's drawing. That ticket was sold in Neenah at Pump N Munch on Bell Street.
Saturday's winning Powerball numbers were 01, 17, 25, 37 and 44, with a Powerball of 20.
A $1 million ticket must be brought to the Lottery's Madison headquarters to be claimed. The winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to do so.
The Antigo ticket is the 2nd $1 million Powerball ticket sold in Wisconsin this month. A $1 million ticket was also sold in Kaukauna on September 4th.
