Tuesday's incident of concrete falling from the Highway 10 overpass came just days after state transportation officials red-flagged dozens of other bridges around the state.
The bridge over Highway 41 was not on the list of about 60 with potential structural problems.
About 25 of them received what's called a "fracture critical" designation, which means the bridge or a portion of it could collapse if any single vital component fails.

The other is 120 miles farther north, in the Lakewood area, within the Nicolet National Forest.
The bridge on National Forest Road 2101 was rated as vulnerable.
The designation doesn't mean the bridges could fall at any moment, but it does mean they are more susceptible.
The DOT insists both bridges are safe.
